I have a WHS2011 server. I need to run some file transfer tests whilst simulating a remote location. For this I need to throttle/cap the server upload and download speeds to match the remote location.<br />

Can this be done natively, or some little app? My router doesn't allow those kind of QOS options, so I have to rely on software...<br />
