iPhone Contact Groups With Exchange

At my work we have users that use iPhones for both personal and work.  We just got started with exchange server.  What I want is to have contact groups, one group called 'Personal Contacts' the other 'Work Contacts'.  I want the 'Work Contacts' to be the contacts from our exchange server.

I know how to create contact groups (create a contact folder under your main contact folder) however I don't know how to get the exchange contacts to automatically sync under the 'Work Contacts'.  Any advice?

Exchange will automatically sync ALL contacts in an Exchange account to an iPhone without you doing anything.

You can select which group of contacts is displayed by default on the device, or you can display all contacts from all groups.

Where do I do that?  I don't want the exchange contacts to wipe out their existing contacts.

Which existing contacts are you referring to?  Ones on the iPhone?

If you mean the ones they already have, you can choose to keep them when adding an Exchange account.
