Will it be beneficial to create more activie sync policey.   We have IPhones and IPads and Windows mobile and Android.

We have no restrictions on any of them so i wonder if it will help.

Not at all. If you have no restrictions Why would you want any policies?

When you say Split Activesync I am not quite sure what you mean. You would need a different policy for each set ou restrictions.
If you restrict each device seperately then you need a different policy for each one.
