I have the weather application in iphone. But it becomes it is right now in this icon. I don't know how I did that. How can I revert it?

I have the weather application in iphone. But it becomes it is right now in this icon. I don't know how I did that.

1) How did i do that?
2) How can I revert it?

You have added the icon to a group.  Click into the group and drag the Weather icon out of the group, then delete the group and you should be fine.

Are you looking for an answer in how to create a group generally (i.e., you don't know how to?), or how did you create a group with just one icon in it?

If the former, you just press on an icon until it starts wobbling, then drag the icon onto another icon and it will create a group.
