How to "draw" over a playing video on Android tablet

I am after an app for Android (Honeycomb) that allows me to draw over a running or paused video. The purpose is for sports coaching so I can take a video of students, and then draw over the playback to point out issue, areas for improvement etc.
Is there an app for android that can do this?

It's called Telestrator I have no idea if it is available for Android maybe ipad or touchscreen but hopefully this will give you a direction

Thanks for your information. The link to the telestrator was very helpful in finding an application on Android. Without that name I don't think I would have had much luck.
