Any good and simple using sample code of AES encryption in vb.net2001.

I am trying to encrypt a little text in a configuration file.

Or is there any way to save the exchangable info in the exe file itself.

You can embed the file into the exe as a resource.

To do so, open the Project's Properties Window in the Project menu.

Goto to the Resources tab.

Select Add Resource...Add Existing File at the top of the window.

Get your file.

Rename it with a right click if desired. The name you define there is the name that you use in your code to reference the file.

In your code, My.Resourses.<Name you gave> will return a String containing the content of the file.
