Random Windows Runtime Error

Hi,
I am getting a seemingly random windows error pop up. It reads

Title: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Body:
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Windows\system32\DllHost.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I don't know what is causing it to pop up but it keeps happening over and over.

I tried the fix outlined here and it did not work, it says it did not find any integrity violations.

My antivirus picks nothing up and neither does Malwarebytes.

I really need to fix this, thanks.

Go to Run
Type msconfig

go to tab called startup

click on disable all then apply /ok then restart your computer.. it will solve your problem..

I do not believe that windows can update that issue!.. Does anyone think so?

idk what to tell you, I came back from the gym, the computer was restarted due to a windows update and now the problem is gone, sorry.
