I am trying to create an ALL USERS list that will contain all users on site. I have 6 other distribution lists that need to be members. I want to mail ALL USERS and effectively email all 6 groups which are updated by their relevant departments. All groups have different lists of authorized senders.
I have then setup another group as the approved senders for ALL USERS and added this to authorized senders for the other groups.
For some reason, this does not work at all. I have tried assigning security permissions for the ALL USERS authorized senders group on all other lists with no luck. I can mail all 6 groups individually but not from the new distribution list. I'm sure it is something obvious that i'm missing...
Any help would be appreciated, cheers!
