Reindex or rebuild on all databases on the server

Hi,

I want to use the below t-sql script on all my databases in a daily maintenance plan, but how do i run the script on all databases?
If i execute it on in a maintenance plan it only trys to reindex or rebuild indexes on the master database.

Any suggestions?

You can use something like this:
Create a stored procedure with your query. Run the following script in another session.
