ORA-012154 CALLING CONNECTION WEB SERVICE .NET

Hi,
i have the following problem on machine with this configuration :
-Windows Server 2008 64BIT
-IIS6
-Oracle Database 10.2.0.1 (32 bit)
-ODP.NET 10.2.0.2.21 (32 bit)

My standard application VB.NET correctly connect to database and work fine.
But when my application call,on the same machine, a configured web service vb.net
i get immediately the error-012154.

The same application and web service work fine on Windows Server 2003 32bit machine.

- check if the database alias name used in the web service vb.net is registered and exits in your tnsnames.ora file on that machine.
- check that the machine tnsnames.ora have database alias referring to the database server
- if the web service use ODBC, check that the ODBC datasource name is pointing to the right database alias that available in the tnsnames.ora file on that machine.

- kindly backup the tnsnames.ora first before made any changes.
