You mean to "Computers" but container? Containers (solid yellow icon) cannot have GPO linked to them GPOs can be only applied to

LSDOU = Local (local policies not domain GPOs), Site, Domain, OU (Organizational Units)
So "Computers" container is not a place where you can implement GPO links. The only one policy affects that container, it's Default Domain Policy.

Please link that GPO to an OU (yellow icon with book or somthing inside) and move those computers ther. Reboot them or run in command-line

gpupdate /force

to update GPO repository.

Krzysztof

Nope. Computers move from "Computers" container into OU doesn't affect them at all in work.
But check your WSUS policy :) Everything depends on those settings if clients will get updates and install them manually. And what is after install, reboot or not? :]

Review this WSUS policy guide to check if you have not missed anything.
