Hi Guys,

I am using BrightStor Arcserver 11.1 and whenever I try to click on the "Device" menu option to look at the tapes, the softwares hangs.

I have done multiple things to resolve the issue but nothing has worked.
Stopped the CA services using cstop
Delete the files under the TEMP folde
Delete the 'r' files under the DATABASE folder
cstart
Still doesnt help

I have removed all the tapes from the Magazines of the Library and they are now empty but still the same issue.
I removed the drive at the back of the Tape Library and put it back again but even that did not fix it.
Delete the Tape Drive from Device Management on the server and then "Rescaned for hardware chanegs" to add the Library add in again (no use)

These are the last few lines of the TAPE.LOG
