Room Reservation with Outlook Meeting Requests

When creating a new meeting/appointment request from Outlook and using a specific Room Mailbox as the location, is it possible to configure exchange so that users will not be allowed to send the request (or get a notification message), if another meeting is already scheduled by another user for the same time and Room?

Also, how can you see from Outlook all meetings that are already scheduled for a specific Room?

Also, how can you see from Outlook all meetings that are already scheduled for a specific Room?
Click on Scheduling assistance after selecting the specific room to see the availibility of the room.
