search entire exchange 2003 database

Hey everyone,

My client wants me to search for sent e-mails to a particular address from August 2010 to present.

I don't want to open each user's mailbox (150 users) and do a search on their sent items. What a PITA.

Is there any software that will allow me to do this globally? As in, search everyone's sent items folders simultaneously?

Thanks so much,

I found the program MailRetriever, which looks like it will work, but I have to take exchange offline to use it.

Any other programs like it that will allow me to search while exchange is online?

If Message tracking is enabled you can find them with the help of Message Tracking center node AFAIK.

There are a few solutions out there, just search Google for something like "search exchange 2003 production mail" and you will get a few hits
