Windows XP
I have a Topaz T-LBK462-BSBR sig pad.
I connect it to the USB port.
WIndows sees it, Comm Port 3 is built as I would expect.
But when I use demoocx to test it, it doesnt work.

I have deleted the comm port, I have rebooted, I have tried other USB ports.
Nothing..
Any Ideas?

Take a look at this troubleshooting guide. Verify that the tablet is showing under Universal Serial Bus Controllers.

Actually it works now, and it doesnt show up under USB.  May be the batteries in the pen.
