paging

Hi

I have a label in which I am writing some html contents. My problem is when the content is more then user has to scroll the content and is very frustrating. Is that possible to do the paging of html content based on size like I can see in SQLServerCentral.com.

I would use a different control like a repeater, listview or gridview depending on the context.  Obviously in your case, I think the repeater would fit the bill the best.  Here are some articles that can help you get going:
