Is there a way to fix this error, also I have a Sonicwall TZ 180 as a firewall but the firewall is off and all ports are open.  Is there a good program that would tell me if all the port I need open are open.

Usually means there's a bad piece of mail in that box.   do you have web access to that email on the pop3 server?

For some reason I cannot connect to Remote Web Workplace.  Its telling me that the username or password is wrong when its not.  What could that be?
