Windows 2003 SBS Server r2 - Exchange error

Is there a way to fix this error, also I have a Sonicwall TZ 180 as a firewall but the firewall is off and all ports are open.  Is there a good program that would tell me if all the port I need open are open.

Usually means there's a bad piece of mail in that box.   do you have web access to that email on the pop3 server?

For some reason I cannot connect to Remote Web Workplace.  Its telling me that the username or password is wrong when its not.  What could that be?

No I don't mean RWW....Does SecureServer.net where you are collect your email from have a Web Interface where you can logon and see the mail?
