Great Plains login server is blank

I have a new machine Window 7 64 bit.  Installed GP 10 with no problems.  Setup ODBC and connected no problems.  Problem is when I start Great Plains Utilities and click the dropdown beside server, it is blank.  I have done this a thousand time on windows xp so it must be window 7?

Great Plains requires 32bit ODBC.

Click the Windows button.
Enter "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe" in the run box. (This path should be correct if windows was installed using the defaults. If Windows was installed to a different location, find the windows folder and then the SysWOW64 folder beneath it.)

Enter your ODBC settings as you normally would, and relaunch GP/GP Utilities.

You should be all set!
