Entourage 2008 users cannot sync after migrating their mailboxes to new exchange server

Our exchange users who are running Outlook are not having any issues but after migrating a mailbox database from one exchange 2007 server to another I am unable to get the Entourage client's to sync. Has anyone else encountered this? I've looked in the logs and don't see anything. Entourage shows me the folder structure but does not download any content. Any help is appreciated.

How can I tell what exchange sp's have been installed? I moved the entourage users to a different exchange server and noticed that it has more rollup updates than the other. Maybe it's a patch that is needed.

The solution was to move them to a server that had the appropriate patches installed until the current exchange server can be patched.

No one responded with any useful solutions to try, was not getting feedback. There were several patches that were installed on the exchange mailbox server that allowed entourage users to connect that were not installed on the exchange server those users were originally sitting on. I moved the users to the appropriate exchange server so that they would not have to wait for my maintenance window where I will patch the server.
