How to create a lookup to a 'multiple lines of text' column in SharePoint

I don't know of a way this can be done but thought I would throw it out there regardless...is there a way this can be done?

Not out of the box. Lookup to multiple lines of text is not a good idea.. think how your dropdown will look like with several lines of text.

Options:
-If you are 2010 server, use infopath to select the list item (based on some simple filed) and show the details(multiple lines) on selection change.
-Create a wokflow/event handler that sets a field based on the first few words and then create a lookup on that column. Users can then click on the lookup link to see all the text if they want
