How to embed a SWF file with supporting files to a html page with netobjects?

I have been killing myself with Netobjects fusion.  I have been searching the web for how to add a controller to a SWF file.  I used flash to create the controller bar for the swf video but the Netobjects only allows me to add the SWF file.  How do I add the supporting files so I can have a controller bar on the video as if I was to launch it from flash.  When I click on the file from its file in a folder it plays the video with the controller bar on the bottom.  but if i add the swf to the netobjects fusion page it displays a blank screen.  when i created the swf movie with the controller bar it created additional files, including an .html, .flv., a swf file for the controller and a .js file.  How do I correctly make this swf movie work with netobjects in my page.  I have a link on a different page when clicked loads up a pop-up page with the video and a close window button underneath.  How do I do this to work with the video and the controller with the video in the pop-up window with my  button as well.  if i add my original swf file to the popup it works but not the new one with the additional files with the controller bar.  please advise.
Thank you.

You may need to open Flash window using JavaScript showModalWindow API
That will give you control on your window

Sorry for the late response.
I ended up purchasing a software that creates it for me.
But when I have the chance I will try your method.
I am playing catch up here and work and had no time to work on my site.
