Block Or Allow Selected Users Depending On Location In Microsoft Outlook Web Access 2007

hi,
I have exchange 2007 SP2 and i want to allow some users to access from internal and some from external i have read the article from this site http://www.leederbyshire.com/Articles/Block-Or-Allow-OWA-Depending-On-Location-2007.asp but it is not working properly with me and for all users are giving me "Sorry, you are not allowed to access OWA from this location".

Please can you help me on this.

Hi rasa78 - was it you that contacted me recently about this?  Or are you someone else who is (by a huge coincidence) having the same problem?
