When attaching a document in Outlook 2010 it removes the document name and gives it a completely different one. &nbsp;I have tried it on a different machine and the document name stays the same so it must be a problem with this particular machine. &nbsp;Any idea what is causing it?

When attaching a document in Outlook 2010 it removes the document name and gives it a completely different one.  I have tried it on a different machine and the document name stays the same so it must be a problem with this particular machine.  Any idea what is causing it?

Outlook 2010 is changing the name of my document when I attach it
