default email program for safari

hello

I want to change the default email program that opens when you click an email link in Safari

OS: windows 7
browser: safari 5.1

currently when you click an email link it opens Mozilla firefox to send the email but i want it to use Outlook 2010.

not sure if it is a windows, safari or outlook setting that i need to change.

I believe its a windows thing.

Go to control panel. Go find programs. In there you should be able to setup waht happens.

Alternately open up internet explorer and go to internet options. Click on the tab "programs"

In there you can change the default mail program.

i had to go to:

control panel > default programs > set your default programs

selected outlook then selected "set this program as default"
