I have had my best luck getting troubleshooting help from the Manufacturers sites.  
I guess I don't really understand the question as if it is software you should get troubleshooting help from the Manufacturers sites.  
If it is a hardware issue then you physically need someone to look at it.
What is the issue if you don't mind me asking?

I would like to do a power re-set of a  Kyocera FS-C8500DN copy printer?
I replaced the fuser but I do not know how to reset the printer and remove the message below.

I saw the other question - only a Kyocera engineer is likely to know...

Might be a "clear log" option which clears the internal controls?

Need engineer codes really. couldn't see anything there. Probably call out unless anyone here knows em :-(

shame. codes like that are engineer level only, even some engineer i know did not have them.
