does windows 7 easy transfer keep internet passwords

I am migrating a client's software and data from vista home edition to windows 7 64 pro edition on a new laptop

Will the easy transfer method keep his passwords he uses for internet sites or will they need to be re-established ?

Yes, WET will keep the passwords intact.

The internet explorer stored form data lives HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\IntelliForms\Storage2, and as I understand it this is a reg key that does get transfered using easy transfer.  If not then you can manually export and then re-import the key on the new machine.
