Outlook doesn't display a booked meeting for a room in users' shared calendar view until they logout and log back in again

Our environment = Outlook 2007 in cached mode, Exchange 2010 SP2, Windows 7, rooms are setup in Exchange 2010 as room objects, all users have permissions to book meetings to rooms and can add to their shared calendar list.
We have a new user that can add the room to her shared calendar list, can see availability of the room when scheduling a meeting, can book the room and meeting attendees, but the room will not show that it's booked in her shared calendar view until the user closes her Outlook and comes back in.
All other users are working just fine.
I need help on this one, thanks in advance!
