How to configure the relay exchange 2010 sp1 hosting by powershell

friends

I have a 2010 exchange hosting SPP1 mode

I need to figure out if I'm open relay.
it was already locked in two large companies in the world such as sending spam.

must also figure out how to configure my really is, because the Exchange 2010 hosting mode has no console to manage.

Exchange won't act as an open relay unless you do so manually. is it published on the net ? if so go to testexchangeconnectivity.com and run an smtp test
