I have a user who can not print any emails from Outlook. When I click on the printer icon to send the email to the default printer, it never prints. If I open the email, and click print from the menu, I noticed that the printer is greyed out when memo style is selected. If I change it to list, the printer is no longer greyed out and I can access the printer properties or print the email listiing.
I have repaired Office, but the problem persists. How do I resolve this?
