I have a user that is using mac lion, with an HP laserjet 1022N, and when ever he prints somethings, it doesn't print unless he turns the printer off/on each time.
It's been working fine in the past, but it just started doing this last week.
Any ideas?
The printer is installed on a print server, with windows server 2003 R2.

Try the universal driver, and have the mac print via LPD to the server.

The universal MAC driver, is that what you're referring to?

How come it worked fine until last week and now it doesn't, could it be because of a mac update?

well, since the user is the VP of the company, I'm sure he is going to want his mac software udpates left turned on.

we deleted all the old 1022N prtiners, and added the printer again and it's working now.
