Good Package for Usage Tracking

I've been searching around looking for a simple usage tracking package that I can add to my Visual C++ App. I'd really like to be able to give my users the option of sending anonymous usage statistics, crash log information, and hardware information to help make the software better.

Can anyone recommend any packages that I could plug into my app, or make any recommendations? I've really come up empty handed so far and really would rather not engineer this myself as I don't have the time.

Cool. This could take care of the crash reporting end of it. I guess I may just develop my own usage reporter. Thanks!
