You're using outlook 2011 for mac right? MAC clients connect to the web services (and in exchange 2010 you connect through the CAS anyway) so this is normal behavior

It's not normal as of the previous versions of Outlook. &nbsp;Before we could leave the server set the way I mentioned and everything worked, now it's changing the address which is causing issues with external access. &nbsp;It is also creating issues with internal access because we have a CAS array and Outlook won't accept that address, it changes it to point to a particular CAS server.

When I add an account on Outlook 2011 I put in our server address and it accepts it and finishes the setup process, but when I go back to check the server information later, it has changed the server address from what I entered to a link directly to one of the CAS servers.<br />
