When adding one of our network printers on a specific computer, adds without error. But when we attempt to print a document, Print is grayed out and if you click on the specific printer, get the error: "Before you can print, you need to select a printer. if you need to install a printer, either double-click the Add Printer icon or click the Find Printer... button located on the General tab of this dialog"
Have tried removing and readding, tried downloading an updated printer driver to the computer, any other ideas?
