Recreated Mailbox & NK2 File Troubles

A mailbox was recreated in Exchange 2010. Now multiple senders, internal and external, can no longer send using the Autocomplete (NK2 file) and they get NDR's. Is there a way to fix this at the server rather than try to track down all senders?

grab the NK2 file from app data on local machines and replace the new NK2 (use same name as new inbox)

This is from external users, also. It's easy enough to have them delete the auto entry (well, not with some users) but locating them all is the problem.
