I am having issues printing to a Sharp MX-4101N copier. The IP address of the copier and the workstation configuration to print to the "Standard TCP/IP Port" are both the same, but nothing prints out anymore. I can hear the copier gearing up to print when I send a test page; however, nothing comes out of the paper tray. I've tried rebooting the copier, resetting up the printer on the workstation, but it still won't print. The only thing new in the network is a new Dell File Server (Microsoft 2008 R2); however, the workstations are all configured to access the Local Port/Standard TCP/IP Port for the Sharp copier (nothing is going through the file server, and the copier IP address is hard-coded). Any suggestions?
