I am the SysAdmin at my company. We have a Win2K8 R2 Enterprise x64 print server (virtual server) that house HP and Xerox printers. We use only HP Universal Printing PCL 6 (v5.2) drivers for all HP and Xerox Global Printing PCL (v5.2) drivers for all Xerox printers. My users are all on Win7 OS. I notice that we have one print queue that is currently offline status, and when set to use the HP print drivers (as this is our protocol), it will still show offline. The printer is pinging just fine. I was wondering if someone can help me find an IBM universal print driver to support this printer. It is a IBM InfoPrint 1352 model. Max points to anyone who provide best answer, and or assisted answer. Thx..

Is there an IBM universal print driver available?
