Hi,
I have created a facebook app, which I want to use in a few different facebook accounts. When loading the tab page, I wish to load a page that is querying a mysql database and loading site specific information, but without recreating the app every time.
Can I add the same page tab app and just edit the querystring of the page being called with an id=, or will I need to recreate a new app for each id, to allow a different querystring identifier?
Thanks for any advice here as Im struggling to find apprpriate advice on the best way to go re the latest tab pages and how to load for different facebook users,

Mike

when you call an app from a fanpage (and if I'm right also from app tab) you can use the app_data variable to pass a string that will be received in the $_REQUEST['signed_request'] into the app.

when you serialize that into a variable you get an array which will contain ['app_data'] key with the string value you passed in the url.
