Hi guys. Got my Kinect sensor last week. I already had the xbox and xbox live so I'm using the Kinect just fine but I can't seem to add my friends. <br />

Do I need to create an xbox live profile for them before they can play the Kinect? Wouldn't that mean having to pay a subscription for them - seems wrong to me. Any help here much appreciated.<br />
