restrict windows 7 from connecting to other wireless networks

I have 600 wireless machines and 3 different wireless networks.  i need them to only connect to one but users often switch the computer to one of the other wireless networks.  How can I make the computers only be able to connect to one of the wireless networks?

Netsh wlan has an exclude switch where you should be able to exclude your known wlans that they connect to ... Either that or have this wireless set as a policy, and lock down their ability to join another one... (The link above might do this, on my BB and didn't click through it, apologize if duplicating a comment).
