Hi,

I sync contacts, calendar and mail (imap) in Thunderbird. Is here a way to sync tasks/notes also?

I think you use the provider for google calendar add-on with lightning to sync with TB. Sadly, there's no support for now for sync tasks.
There is a bugzilla thread open with this request: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=493389
another thread in mozilla messaging:http://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging/topics/sync_thunderbird_tasks_with_google_tasks
sorry.
