Can't Upload Multiple Files Using 64 Bit OS With Share Point 2010

We have an where all users with 64 bit Windows 7 and Office 2010 64 bit will not allow any of users to upload multpile documents in SHare Point 2010.  All of my users with a 32Bit OS and 32 Bit Office and IE works no issues.

Can you try this with office 32 bit with fresh install on any machine . or try to reinstall office on any machine and try again . it must be  MS Office .

Yes this works on 32 Bit OS machines and fresh copies of Office.

The Active X control used for the multi document upload does not exist in a 64-bit version.

The 64-bit Office version also does not include the 32-bit version of the active x controls.

That's why it is recommend to use the 32-bit version of Office in combination with SharePoint.

You are right , this is why 32 bit is most recomended . but I hope it will work with 64 bit also but may be with a lil effort
32 bit is the way to go ..
