Outlook 2007 Archiving won't stop

I have an archiving process kicking in every day at 4:45PM which I would like to change to 10:00pm, but I can’t find how change it or to stop it. I even  turned all the check marks off in usual places, just to see if it will respond - but the archiving faithfully kicks in every day.  Problem is that user in still busy at this time of day and the job takes quite a while to finish.

Any help appreciated...

You may want to check this article:

Else try to start outlook with a clean profile and configure these settings again,

Outlook /cleanprofile
