If you click on change views in the upper left corner and then choose manage views<br />
Select modify to the appropriate view and select filter, is anything listed there. <br />
(It should say Off next to the filter button)

All Filters were off. I forgot to mention that and I just re-verified.<br />
The Outlook.xml may have worked. I found an email whose email address was not in contacts. Did right-click add to contacts and then checked contacts and it was there. I will have the user check it in the morning before awarding points.<br />

I have a user who opens an email, on the email address, right-click Add to Outlook Contacts, Contacts box comes up with basic info, Saves it and when she goes to her Contacts, it's not there. I've done a new profile and Outlook repair and Windows &amp;&nbsp;Office updates ran. No probelm with other users Outlook.Exchange 2010 SP DAG setup.<br />
Driving me crazy.<br />
