Outlook 2010, Add to Outlook Contacts, Missing

I have a user who opens an email, on the email address, right-click Add to Outlook Contacts, Contacts box comes up with basic info, Saves it and when she goes to her Contacts, it's not there. I've done a new profile and Outlook repair and Windows & Office updates ran. No probelm with other users Outlook.Exchange 2010 SP DAG setup.
Driving me crazy.
Any suggestions?

Does she have a filter set for the contacts?

If you click on change views in the upper left corner and then choose manage views
Select modify to the appropriate view and select filter, is anything listed there.
(It should say Off next to the filter button)

Also, you can try to delete the Outlook.xml file. It'll recreate when outlook is reopened. This file sometimes gets corrupted and cause strange and add issues. Was a big deal with Outlook 2007 and calanders dissapearing from the favorites menu.

Now I assume you're utilizing Windows 7 and if so here's the path
C:\Users\JLafountain\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Outlook

Also there is an Office 2010 Sp1 released as well

All Filters were off. I forgot to mention that and I just re-verified.
The Outlook.xml may have worked. I found an email whose email address was not in contacts. Did right-click add to contacts and then checked contacts and it was there. I will have the user check it in the morning before awarding points.
