Cannot read XML file restart error

I my computer keeps rebooting and I have located the xml file but cannot open it to see what the report says any help appreciated

That XML file is not going to help you.....

This is a good tool to help you identify the causes of the BSOD.....

BlueScreenView v1.35 - View BSOD (blue screen) crash information stored in dump files.

Alternatively,

Advanced startup options (including safe mode)
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Advanced-startup-options-including-safe-mode

Specifically the "Disable automatic restart on system failure " section. Instead of rebooting, it will leave the error on screen.....
