how do I filter reply list to send only to those who have accepted an invitation?

A colleague sends an invitation to an event and then wants to send out reminders & updates, but only to those who have accepted.  what's the best way to do this?

We do know how to add recipients manually to an email.  The point was to see whether Outlook can filter responses to create a list automatically.  If that's not possible, so be it. Thanks.

Hi, I dont think there is an easy way out of this other than adding the folks who accepted the invitation by adding them all to the CC list
This is called sending an email to multiple recipients - Cc
Which email client, most of them have that option, you put in each name followed by : or ;
  a semi colon or commas  as a separator
 Person1@ email.com: Person2@email.com: person3@email.com and so on. I managed to find an illistration of this here
