Bi Publisher Report Conversion error

oracle Report is converted from oracle to BI publisher successfully and deployed in the BI reporsitory. and it is working fine for some time suddenly when trying to view the report in .pdf encounted the below mentioned problem  

oracle.apps.xdo.dataengine.Parameter.getParameterDataType()I
 
I have one parameter case_id, and when it is removed then it is working fine again.
I deployed the generated packages in the respective database.

the log showing in BI publisher is as follows

Did you checked the datatype in the report that you are passing and the type on the DB is there a difference ?

yes please it is number in both report and db.

i re installed  bi publisher and did the conversion once again and it worked.
not sure what could be the problem but it is fine now.
