Joomla submenu not visible

Hello,

My problem is that the the submenu of the Joomla topmenu is not visible.
I enabled the submenu and played with different settings e.g. list type etc. with no results.

Thank you

Does that particular template support submenus?

Can you send me a screen shot of your menu configuration?

Thanks.

I checked out your template on Siteground.  I don't believe it supports submenus or 'drop down' menus.

Hello,

I attached the picture. I am very sad about this :-(

When browsing among templates how do I know which template supports sub menus? That would be very cumbersome to download , install and try all templates the customer likes.

Change the End Level to 10 and see if that helps...probably not though.

Most of the time, when you are selecting a template, you will need to check to see if it has a demo of that template.  Then in the demo it will show you if it's capable of drop dowm menus.

I can entertain the idea of creating a template for you that closely resembles your template, but has drop-down menus.  There would be a small charge for that though.  If you are interested please click on the Hire Me button under my profile.

Thanks.

It didn't solve my problem but gave me advice when selecting a new template.
I need to create my own menu for this web site.
