How can I program one of the softkeys (or have any other way) while on a call to access my speed dial list?
I have cisco CME 8.5

Softkeys cannot be programmed for anything other than what comes with CM. SOunds like you would like to see the numbers while talking to someone to share them right?

or to transfer them to those numbers quickly rather than going through menus to access the phonebook / quick dial list.

Without using the Directories or Services buttons, thats the quickest path I know of.
