wordpress site transfer

Hi Experts,

I've created a wordpress site on a development account and I'd like to move it over to a production server.  Is there some built in export within wordpress 3 I can use or do I have to do a SQL dump and restore?

There is an import/export tool built into Wordpress but it's not the best experience.  A SQL dump and import followed by a find/replace to rename localhost URL to production URL is the better way to do.

Also make sure to move themes and plugins, too.
