Dear Experts,

I get a letter from symantect backup supplier requesting to renew Symantec Backup Exec 2010 for our servers, my question is, Why to renew it,  if i don't does it means that I not be able to backup, or it is only new futures or support that I will not get anymore.

the cost is $2000 does it worth it?

I think this is simply a license question.
The question is, do you want to run software without a legit license.
